AlexPodd Tech ("we", "us") operates the AlexPodd Tech analytics platform (the "Service"). This policy describes what data we process, why, and how to contact us.
We do not sell your data, do not share it with third parties for advertising, and do not use it to train external AI models.
Data obtained via the TikTok Marketing API is processed and stored solely to display analytics for the TikTok for Business account that explicitly granted access. We retain TikTok data for as long as your account is active. You can revoke our access at any time from your TikTok for Business account settings, after which we will stop syncing new data and delete previously synced data within 90 days.
We retain personal and integration data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion or written request to the email below, we delete all personal data and integration data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. Access is restricted to authenticated platform operators.
The Service may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data by emailing us.
